Chocolate-covered Junami


Ingredients – Serves 44 Junami apples2 walnuts100 g milk chocolateCocktail sticks

Preparation method:Wash the Junami and cut them in large pieces. Crack open the walnuts, break them in half and chop them in small pieces. Break the chocolate in pieces and put these in a bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave oven and melt the chocolate for 40 – 60 seconds at 600W. Stir the walnuts quickly into the melted chocolate. Using a cocktail stick, pick up a piece of apple and dip it in the melted chocolate. Remove the stick and allow the apple piece to cool on a plate. Repeat with all the apple pieces. Pour over the rest of the chocolate. Put the plate in the fridge for one hour.
